Important Announcement
The UP College of Engineering (UPCoE) will resume operations in its offices with a skeleton workforce (50% of personnel) starting tomorrow, August 19, 2020.
To ensure everyone’s safety, especially considering the continuing spike in CoViD-19 positive cases on the campus, please observe the UPD CoE Post-ECQ Protocols and Guidelines (Full document can be found here: https://coe.upd.edu.ph/…/upd-coe-post-ecq-protocols-and-gu…/) which include:
– wearing of face masks and face shields* on the way to work and while at work, physical distancing, and regular washing of hands
– submission of physical documents and files via dropboxes/pigeonholes available in the offices instead of being personally received by the staff. Processed papers can be collected in the outgoing box near the guard station at Melchor Hall.
